DOJ and the Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit:

International Association of Chiefs of Police and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement:
"To be truly effective, training programs on human trafficking must teach case identification to all officers in the department (not just vice officers) and offer other specialized training to a few who can then lead a response team when a case is identified. Several law enforcement agencies and organizations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, have developed training programs for identifying sex trafficking victims"
